Capture leads from every platform

Casey integrates with the platforms where your customers find you. See how we handle the unique requirements of each lead source.

How the platforms actually differ

Does response urgency differ by lead source for home service contractors?

Sharply. About two thirds of Meta lead ads arrive outside business hours against under a third of Google LSA leads, and the platforms differ just as much in what they expect from you — Angi shares each lead with competing pros, Thumbtack shows customers your response time, and Yelp publishes your response rate on your profile.

Which lead sources give you the customer's phone number?

Angi, Thumbtack and Meta pass a phone number with essentially every lead. Google LSA passes one on most. Yelp is the exception — it passed none until April 2026 and now passes one on roughly half, so on the rest the number still has to come out of the conversation.

How should you handle leads coming from several platforms at once?

Your real response time is set by your slowest channel, not your fastest — and the slowest is usually the one with no external scoreboard, like your own website form. Handling every source in one place is what stops a platform quietly decaying while you watch the one that shouts loudest.

How each lead source behaves

Lead sourcePhone number providedArrives outside business hoursWhat the platform expects
ThumbtackNearly always~56%Shows customers your response time
AngiAlways~45%Shares each lead with competing pros
Yelp~50% since April 2026~52%Publishes your response rate publicly
Meta lead adsAlways~66%Lowest intent, decays fastest
Google LSAMost leads~30%Responsiveness affects your ranking
Website formsDepends on your form~40%No external scoreboard

This describes how leads from each source behave and what each platform asks of you. It is not a ranking of lead quality — which businesses buy from which platform differs too much for a cross-platform comparison to mean anything.

Based on Casey production data across tens of thousands of home service leads, January to August 2026. Arrival times are converted from UTC to US Central as a nationwide approximation, so treat them as plus or minus an hour.
