Why We Built Casey
During 9 years at Yelp, our founder Joshua Lam saw the same pattern over and over: home service businesses were spending thousands on advertising, but losing leads because they couldn't respond fast enough.
A plumber running a job can't answer the phone. A dispatcher juggling 10 conversations can't respond instantly to a new Yelp message. And by the time someone follows up, the customer has already hired a competitor.
Joshua built Casey to solve the problem he spent nearly a decade watching businesses struggle with: respond instantly, qualify accurately, and route intelligently — without replacing the humans who close deals and build relationships.

After 9 years at Yelp watching businesses lose leads due to slow response times, Joshua Lam founded Casey to solve the speed-to-lead problem he saw firsthand.
First platform integrations
Launched support for Yelp, Google LSA, and Angi — the platforms where speed matters most.
Expanded to 6 platforms
Added Meta, Thumbtack, and custom web form support. Built integrations with major FSM and CRM tools like GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, and Jobber.

Joshua brings 15+ years of sales leadership experience including 9 years at Yelp (where he led East Coast partner sales and franchise accounts), roles at Google and Talkspace, and training from Harvard Business School Online and Flatiron School. His firsthand experience with speed-to-lead challenges and the home services industry drives Casey's practical, no-nonsense approach to AI automation.
